Add a memo

To add a memo to the store record:

Open: Retail > Company > Company Hierarchy.

  1. Select the Stores area of the hierarchy and click Add.

    The Add New Store window appears.

  2. Select the Memo tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. The Add name and time stamp check box is selected by default. This displays the name of the person who added the note as well as the time that it was added.
  5. Enter your memo text.
  6. Click OK to add the memo to the store record.
